Please note that ALL candidates that submit an application are informed in writing of their success or otherwise. ALL candidates that undertake a telephone or face to face interview receive a personal telephone call following the process, irrespective of their success in this instance. This is not only a respectful and humane practice but also enhances the brand and reputation of both SCS and the Client Organisation.
As a mature person who is really content to work with a discrete suite of clients and is not burdened by significant overheads or corporate contributions, I can be both flexible and economical in setting pricing for service.
Firstly, there is no fees that candidates need to pay - they have enough on their plate.
Understanding that many companies require certainty up front (often for comparative reasons, although sometimes simply to fit in with internal processes), the first pricing option is a "known" whilst the second is based on recognising the actual value realised. In both cases, the method to be used must be agreed prior to proceeding with the brief.
In both instances (1 & 2) above, all other administrative costs (online/press advertising, travel & accommodation, meals, parking) that are directly incurred in providing the solution on behalf of the client are to be also invoiced, although each must be agreed in advance of the cost being incurred by SCS.
If supporting you and your team with tailored, confidential industry mentoring or outplacement services, or process review, redesign and documentation, a daily rate of $500 +GST (or half day of $300 + GST) applies unless an alternate rate is agreed.
All invoices will be require payment in full 14 Days from presentation of the invoice unless agreed in advance.
